Locate your community, find the perfect lot. You can begin by checking out our community locations HERE. If you don't see a location that suits you, we'll find you a lot. If you already own a lot - we can build there!
#5: Select Your Home Plan
Look through our selection of NEW HOME PLANS for the style and floor plan that best fits your lifestyle. All of PATCO's homes are customizable - you've got choices! Need to figure out square footage? Try this online TOOL.
#6: Plans and Estimates
Once you've selected your plan, our design / build team will draft the plans for your new home and provide you with detailed cost estimates.
#7: You've Got Options!
Review all of the quality products and materials that are available to upgrade or further fine tune your new home.
#8: Review Your Contract
At your sales and contract review meeting all of the details will be explained to you. Ask questions! We want you to be 100% confident in your decisions.
#9: Complete Financing
Complete your financing and appraisal process.
#10: Pre-Construction
We call this your "colors" meeting. Time to pick out your siding, paint, cabinets, flooring, cabinets - the fun stuff!
